Ford & Stanley team member Harry Machell celebrates his 21st birthday alongside a significant career achievement – hitting his four year work anniversary with us.
Harry joined Ford & Stanley at just 16 years old as Apprentice Recruitment Resourcer, stepping into the world of work straight from school with no prior experience in recruitment or a professional environment. From day one, he demonstrated a proactive mindset and a strong commitment to personal and professional development, progessing to his current role as Senior Recruitment Consultant.

Over the past four years, Harry has progressed through a variety of roles, gaining valuable experience across recruitment and sales. His contributions have played a key role in expanding our presence into new sectors, driving organic growth through his determination and perseverance.
Harry is the second member of the Machell family to build a successful career with Ford & Stanley, following in the footsteps of his father, who was employed by Group Chairman Pete Schofield back in the 1990’s.
“I have literally known Harry since he was born, and I’m both flattered and delighted that he chose Ford & Stanley to build his career. He’s proving to be a valuable member of the team—just as his father was when we worked together,” said Pete.
“I’ve followed Harry’s development with interest and expect him to continue to thrive and progress.”
Harry’s manager and Head of Sales for our Talentwise blue-collar division, Ricky Wright, added:
“Harry’s journey is a testament to what can be achieved through hard work and a willingness to learn. His promotion is well deserved, and it’s been a pleasure to watch him grow into a confident and capable consultant. I’m excited to see what the future holds for him.”
We congratulate Harry on both his milestone birthday and his professional development, and we look forward to seeing his continued success in the years ahead.
