Ford & Stanley Limited Health and Safety Policy Statement
In line with ISO 45001 and any other legislation, our objective is to provide the highest standards of recruitment services whilst carrying out our activities in complete adherence to The Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 which required Ford & Stanley to ensure, so far as is reasonably predictable, the health and safety of our employees and anyone else who may be affected by our acts or omissions.
This policy has been produced by the Chairman and support of the Board of Directors and clearly defines the company’s duties and commitment to comply. It is the company’s aim to:
- Agree, set and communicate health & safety objectives
- Ensure the working environment of all employees and associates is safe and without risk to health and safety and that adequate provisions are made in respect of facilities and the accessibility of first aid and welfare at work
- To prevent accidents and cases of work-related ill health
- Provide information, instruction, training or supervision to ensure health and safety practices are achieved
- Encourage and promote best practices and continuous improvements in every aspect of Health & Safety
- Commit to encouraging safe behaviours and re-educating unsafe behaviours
- Commit to the elimination of hazards and commitment to the consultant and participation of workers
The Health & Safety Policy forms part of our core company management system and it is our absolute intention and aim to ensure that the highest possible standards are achieved, maintained and constantly reviewed throughout all of the company’s activities. We will strive to give our clients, candidates, shareholders and society at large the best and most efficient service possible whilst complying with all health and safety legislation, contractual obligations via clear and achievable objectives that are set for our employees and associates. A formal review will take place on an annual basis, however, where opportunities arise for improvements in health and safety.
