Ben Ryder joins as Talent Academy Manager, a pivotal role designed to lead Group talent acquisition and support the roll-out of world-class talent strategies that will underpin Ford & Stanley Group’s expansion from 2026 onwards.
With over a decade of experience in the recruitment industry, Ben brings a proven track record of success.
Working closely with leaders across all Business Areas, he will anticipate workforce needs, align growth plans, and understand team dynamics – ensuring our talent acquisition and development efforts support the Group’s long-term objectives.
Through this collaboration and insight, he will help our drive to attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent, reinforcing our commitment to building better workplaces and better workdays, both here at Ford & Stanley and for our customers.
