Overview
East Midlands Railway is a British train operating company (TOC) across a broad network between Corby, London St Pancras and along the Midland Mainline to Nottingham and Sheffield.
Scope & Approach
Upgrading legacy WAN/LAN infrastructure upgrade of 149 on EMR patches.
On a sole agency agreement, Ford & Stanley were tasked with end-to-end of 14 interim and permanent, full-time candidates to a strict 12-week SLA. These ranged from NOC Engineers, to Installation Design Engineers to Project Managers.
Solution
After highly productive conversation and analysis, Ford & Stanley created an EVP and dual branded advertising campaign. Using our Genius services, all candidates were Packtyped and Soundingboard.
Outcome
Despite challenges around COVID, which required skilled candidate management, Ford & Stanley Digital recruited all required roles to time frames.
Ford & Stanley have been working with EMR for several years supplying industry professionals across the business, Engineering, Operational and Commercial roles. We engaged with Ford & Stanley Digital business to support our IT restructuring and IT WAN project. We had to take the IT team from a small cluster of people to a more expensive function to manage the franchise committed obligations. Ford & Stanley understood the task in hand, what we were setting out to achieve and delivered on time with impressive individuals.
